iQS Project allows you to initiate, plan, structure and follow up on all types of projects. It is an all-in-one, flexible and user-friendly implementation and project management tool.
The module encourages engagement through interactive and clear communication by giving all projects a separate digital project space (workspace) for planning, organizing and implementing. Here, the project participants interact and share information in relation to. the access they have.
When a project is created, the system automatically retrieves relevant work process from QHSE. This process is followed in the project and you can control and verify the progress in each phase of the project. Tasks are assigned to project participants, as well as maintained on “My Page” and / or directly in the project itself. The module also includes a feature for sharing all or selected parts of the project with external project participants. Each project has its own document archive.
