When you have challenges with the iQS system.

Self-service is checking PC issues, such as the internet lines or PC settings. If the problem still persists, then contact your internal support.

If there is still a problem then contact iQubeS Technical Support.


Opening hours on weekdays are from 10:00 to 16:00. Saturday and Sunday the office is closed.

If you need support outside of working hours, you can still reach us at +4791001333. After hours technical assistance will be a paid service.

Together, we will then look at the requirement and clarify whether there are simple answers or whether an analysis is needed by one of our advisors.
